Yes, all beds must be stripped before departure. Please place the linens in a single pillowcase in the hallway.

Yes, you will receive one towel package per person. Each package includes 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. For the kitchen, you will receive a dish towel and a hand towel. If you would like to add more towels, please let the front desk know.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent a crib, but you can rent a high chair.

Yes, each accommodation has its own router and network.

Yes, you have a private parking space at the accommodation for one car. Any additional cars can be parked in the parking lot at the front of the park.

No, this is not allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash in the park.

No, the accommodation is not cleaned during your stay. You can request an additional cleaning by contacting the front desk.

No, our accommodations are not specially equipped for people with disabilities.
What kinds of coffee makers are there?

We use a coffee capsule machine, usually a Nespresso machine. This machine works exclusively with Nespresso-compatible capsules. Other types of capsules or coffee, such as filter coffee or coffee pods, are not suitable for this machine. Be sure to use the right capsules for the best coffee flavor!

Yes, pets are only allowed in pet-friendly accommodations, with a maximum of 2 per accommodation. If you are bringing a pet, you are required to include it in your party when making the reservation. The cost of bringing a pet will be displayed during the booking process.

For reservations and cancellations, we follow the Recron terms and conditions, which clearly outline your options for canceling your reservation. You can also purchase cancellation insurance from us. In that case, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up until the day of arrival. If you have paid in advance, we will refund the amount you paid.

For all reservations made more than 6 weeks before arrival, 30% of the reservation total must be paid.
For reservations made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid.
